Meet Brad

Brad joined his wife Patti Chalker in 2004 and they have both been successfully helping families buy and sell homes in the Seattle area since the 1990's. While they work together, Brad assists mostly with buyers and devotes a great deal of time and care into making sure each buyer is properly served. Brad believes, like his wife, it is the commitment to excellence and honest, hard working approach that enables them to achieve their clients goals successfully time after time. They both continue to be part of John L Scotts Top 1% even during the down turn in the market.
